TOFU COOLING SYSTEM
Formed tofu is soaked in cold water, where the tofu is rapidly cooled in order to prevent bacterial growth and improve the keeping quality. The best water tanks are those that have a sufficient cooling capacity for the production volume in addition to excellent workability.

PASTEURIZING & COOLING MACHINE
Using a transfer pallet, the tofu is continuously transferred. Heating time is uniform, ensuring no irregularities and consistent quality. The packaged tofu is heated to prevent bacterial growth and create a long-life product.
172 SEMI-AUTOMATIC PASTEURIZING & COOLING TANK (PT-TAK-PCT): Immerses packaged soymilk in hot water for curing to make lactone siken tofu, then cools it. Also used for pasteurizing packaged tofu. Capacity: 1000 - 3000 pcs tofu (300 g/pc) per hour.

151 CONTINUOUS TOFU COOLING TANK (CT-TAK-CT): Cools tofu in cold water on sliding plate. Capacity: 60 - 180 kg dry soybeans per hour. Can be operated as section of a "HOT PACK" system which cools tofu, packages, and cools packaged tofu again. The resulting tofu tastes good and has a long shelf life. Sliding plate automatic return type (CTA) available.

152 AUTOMATIC TOFU COOLING, CUTTING & CASING MACHINE (CT-TAK-HOT): Cools and cuts one forming box of tofu into each piece then cases in each plastic tofu container and transports to packaging machine by conveyor. Capcity: 120 - 180 kg dry soybens per hour.
