DEEP-FRYING SYSTEM


1. Tofu pouches & Tofu Cutlets System

These fryers deep-fry tofu pouches or cutlets automatically using a conveyor to give uniformly high quality.



181 CONVEYORIZED DEEP-FRYER FOR TOFU POUCHES (DF-TAK-NKP): Deep-fries each pouch in 15 to 20 minutes using LPG (Liquefied petroleum gas). Capacity: 12 kg, 20 kg, and 30 kg dry soybeans per hour. 12 kg type: 90 × 360 cm frying pan; deep-fries 600 to 640 pouches per hour, 20 kg type: 100 × 480 cm frying pan, 30 kg type: 130 × 540 cm frying pan (Pouch size: 150 × 75 × 15 mm). Oil in low temperature section of pan is 90 to 110℃ and high temperature section is 150 to 170℃. Options are automatic igniter, automatic tofu slices supply unit, and air injector.

182 VACUUM FLAVORING SYSTEM (DF-TAK-FLV): Flavors deep-fried tofu pouches with sauce in vacuum vessel. Capacity: 1500 pouches (Pouch size: 150 ×75 × 15 mm) per three hours.

183 CONVEYORIZED DEEP-FRYER FOR TOFU CUTLETS (DF- TAK-NNK): Deep-fries each cutlet in 3 to 5 minutes at 160 to 180℃ using LP gas. Includes air forced gas burner which has high combustion, automatic igniter, automatic oil temperatue control, and automatic conveyor lift unit. Capacity: 600 cutlets per hour. (cutlet size: 90× 90 × 25 mm)

2. Tofu Burger System


191 TOFU BURGER MIXER (TB-KAN-BM151): Mixes and kneads presses tofu in bowl at 100 to 370 rpm. Bucket size: 45 liters. Kneading time: 5 to 10 minutes. Capacity: 180 - 200 kg tofu per hour.

192 TOFU BURGER SHAPER (TB-TAK-BS30A): Shapes dough into round patties. Capacity: 2000 - 6000 patties (15 to 150 g per patty) per hour.
