Whole Systems


All equipment with numbers greater than #100 is described in the Takai Catalog of Large-Scalle Equipment.
The capacities of whole systems W30B and W30C are based on two workers.
All stainless steel whole systems are also available.





WHOLE SYSIEM 3OB (W3OB) :

Includes all items in SUB-SYSTEM 30B (S30B) and SUB -SYSTEM 30 X (S30X) : Makes about 120 Kg of tofu (soft Japanese tofu) from 30 Kg of dry soybeans per hour.


SUB-SYSTEM 30B (S30B) :

Makes about 200 liters of soymilk per hour. Includes (from right to left) :a #4 conical stone mill, a #7 slurry tank, a #8 pressure cooker, a #12 hydraulic press, two #15 pressing sacks and two #21 straing bags.


SUB-SYSTEM 30X (S30X) :

Includes(from right to left) : three #16 curding barrels and #17 support platforms with casters, a #19 dipper, a #18 mixing plate, a #35 air cylinder press and table, seven #23 forming boxes, ten #25 forming box cloths (designed to fit boxes), two #36 cooling tanks and two #26 knives.





WHOLE SYSIEM 3OC (W3OC) :

Includes all items in SUB-SYSTEM 30C (S30C) and SUB-SYSTEM 30X(S30X):Makes about 120 Kg tofu (soft Japanese tofu) from 30Kg of dry soybeans per hour.


SUB-SYSTEM 30C (S30C):

Makes about 200 liters of soymilk per hour. Includes (from right to left): a #4 conical stone mill, a #7 slurry tank, a #8 pressure cooker, a #13 roller extractir and two #21 straining bags.

WHOLE SYSIEM 60A (W60A) :

Includes all items in SUB-SYSTEM 60A (S60A) and SUB-SYSTEM 60X (S60X): Makes about 240 Kg of tofu (soft Japanese tofu) from 60 Kg of dry soybeans per hour.


SUB-SYSTEM 60A (S60A):

Makes about 400 liters of soymilk per hour. Includes (from right to left): a#4 conical stone mill a #7 slurry tank (42 cm deep), a #8 pressure cooker (180 liters, total capacity), a #14 roller extractor and three #21 straining bags.


SUB-SYSTEM 60X (S60X):

Includes (from right to left): five #16 curding barrels and #17 support platforms with casters, two #19 dippers, two #18 mixing plates,three #35 air cylinder presses and tables with a compressor, ten #23 forming boxes, fifteen #25 forming box cloths, three #37 cooling tanks and two #26 knives.

90 CS-AKO-CS : 15Kg bags, food grade. Good for making silken tofu and regular tofu.


DEFOAMER(Awakeshi)

91 DE-TON-CC : 8Kg carton box. Sprinkle when grinding.
92 DE-TON-SI : 1Kg container,silicone base. Spray when curding.


NATURAL NIGARI (Magnesium Chloride)

The finest and most natural product available anywhere in the world.

Tofu School


A three-day training program covering operating and maintenance of commercial tofu-making equipment is now available at the Takai factory in Kanazawa, Japan. Instruction is in English by Takai factory engineers.Contact us for details if you are interested.
